Due to ongoing inflationary pressures and increased costs associated with third party testing services, we will be implementing a 5% price increase on all testing services, effective from 02 February 2026.
In addition, the external laboratory that we use for advanced analysis is now charging an administrative fee for every order sent to their laboratory. Therefore, a $20 administration fee will apply to all send-away test orders to cover handling and processing costs. We have completed a thorough review of all major providers and concluded that this is the most cost effective option for our customers.

We have worked hard to keep price changes to a minimum and remain committed to providing reliable, high-quality services and timely results. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.
